Rooms are spacious. Clean and trendy. Near to the street food/seafood restaurant and there is 7-11 & McDonalds just 1 min across the street. Great location. 2 mins walk to BTS Station Chong Nonsi. Nitch top service from the staffs especially Choo. Took the extra mile to hire a cab for us and bargain good price too! Also brought us to Suan Lum Night Market and Thai Girls show at no cost! Wanted to give him tips but he rejected and says this to me, "This is my job. I have to provide good service!" I am IMPRESSED WITH THEIR IMPRESSIVE SERVICE!!! And would definately return to the hotel again!! :)

If you're arriving by Airport Shuttle to the hotel, then after they drop you off Silom Rd, make sure you look up to find the Chong Nonsi BTS. This hotel is located in the alley so I had a bit of trouble finding it on the first day.

We stayed in a twin room. It was very spacious with a large balcony. There's no view out the balcony but you get good morning sun into the room. The room also had a good size fridge, kitchenette, large desk across one side which gave us plenty of room to put our things.

The room and bed was very clean, they also provided slippers. There was no bath tub in the bathroom but good size shower. The problem with it was that the drainage was a bit blocked which was a bit frustrating.

The reason why I rated their service a bit low was because of the concierge and reception service. I had a few questions about direction but instead of helping me, the concierge tried to sell me a separate package and said it's impossible to get their by myself. He also said he doesn't know how to show me on the map. Eventually I got there by myself by googling for directions! Then the reception staff, I asked them to make a reservation at a day spa for me and it turned out to be the wrong time and she also gave me wrong directions in getting there. The location of this hotel was great! There is convenient store literally 20 seconds from hotel, McDonalds about 1 min walk, and there are some local hawker places outside as well. Walking out of the hotel, the entrance to Chong Nonsi BTS is literally 30 seconds away. It was so convenient. If you're up for a walk in the afternoon, you can also walk about 15 mins to Sala Daeng for Patpong markets.

The room was a very reasonable price at around 1700bts including breakfast. Sleep quality is a bit impacted because of air conditioning unit located outside on the balcony. But the air conditioning in the room is really good - easy to control and won't selectively stop!

Will definitely come back for the convenience and price.

We arrived at the hotel quite late to find out that there was a plumbing issue and that we would have to stay one night at a sister hotel. While this was an inconvenience as we were meeting other family members at this hotel the staff was very helpful in contacting our family/leaving messages. Upon returning the next morning our rooms were upgrade without being asked. So despite this inconvenience I would recommend the hotel. Breaktast - we chose to include it in our rate which I would recommend. It was a fairly large buffet with plenty of variety. Location - very close to the Sky Train (2 min walk) which made travelling around Bangkok very easy. Also within walking distance/short tuk tuk ride to Patpong Market with many restaurants, shopping etc. Staff - very helpful with directions around the city etc. Pool - beautiful infinity pool on the roof with great views of the city Room - modern decor, clean and comfortable

We found the hotel a bit too funky but we were lucky enough to book (on rates to go) deluxe and get an upgrade. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The position, very close to the Chong Nonsi BTS, was a big plus and we felt, for the price it was good value. There were great massages within the hotel foyer , the breakfasts were good and they had free internet connections in the rooms as well as free computers in the foyer.

IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING WITH KIDS, this is the place you are looking for. All I can say is this hotel is the best of everything. Room rates, cleanliness, spaciousness, internet use, breakfast, public transport, staff hospitality, English communication, simple hotel facilities, street food/seafood restaurant and nearby 7-11 & McDonalds. I just hope that they don't raise their room rates after all these publicity ! I will definitely recommend them. You can have my 110% customer satisfaction.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights. The hotel is clean and friendly, the rooms are what you'd expect from a 3 star hotel but generally very nice. We ended up with a room with a view of the ratty building next door but no bother really. The breakfast was interesting with reasonable choice. It IS literally right next to Chong Nonsi station and a very short walk from the Patpong area if that's what you're looking for, the location is perfect tot get around the city. Generally, it's a good place to stay if you're staying a few nights as you won't break your budget and will have a decent place to call home. If you're in Bangkok for maybe only 1 or 2 nights....go 5 star if you can, there are some great deals to be had! Oh, and internet is only available in the hotel lobby, but it was always there and free when I needed to use it, 24hrs. There is also a spa in the hotel (it has a fish foot spa as well) and the staff there were very nice.

My family (wife and my son of 4 years old) stayed for four nights. In their website they claim the Skytrain BTS Chong Nongsi Station is within One minute walking station. I have timed myself and able to reach the station in 45 seconds. Yes, Great Location. With Skytrain BTS, Bangkok city is easily within reach. Go to Skytrain BTS Sala Deang Station for connection to MRT (underground train, Si Lom Station).

The hotel's main entrance is facing a lane (soi) instead the main road. At the corner of the soi is a 7 Eleven store and just after that is a McDonald's. Situated at the business and embassy district hence no night life (for nearest night life activities, go to BTS Sala Deang Station; near to Patpong). Hence this hotel is suitable for family with young children.

It has 9 floors with the swimming pool and fitness centre on the highest floor. However nothing to shout about of these two facilities. The room is painted with bright colour but cleanliness is questionable. We arrived in Bangkok at 10.30am and able to check in though waited for nearly 20 minutes as the receptionst made photocopies of my wife's passport as well as mine.

Breakfast spread was not great but acceptable, mixture of asian and european. They served the same food for my 4 breakfasts; a bit of tiredness after 2 mornings on my part but enough to sustain me for part of the day before late lunch. However, limited sitting space and breakfast is served until 10 a.m. only.

We have king size bed and it can accommodate comfortably three of us (I am 180 cm in height and my wife is 169 cm and my child is a 100 cm). Have LCD TV with cable TV (CNN, BBC) and some Thai channels. Generous with towels and two bottels of drinking water per day. There are 3PC / internet (at commendable speed) at the Lobby for free usage by guests. The wall is rather "thin" where you can hear talking voices / noise from the next room. My room package comes with a fruit platter and newspaper. On the first morning, I received none and within 10 minutes after I complained, the same were delivered to me but the delivery stopped on the third morning. I did not complain further, well I did not get the newspaper for the third and fourth day!

Booked online and pictures looked chic and clean. As soon as we arrived we knew photos are deceiving. OK price and clean enough but rooms lack any warmth and new in Bangkok means good for only about a few months. Paint is peeling off the walls and the door in the bathroom is rotting with all the paint coming off there. We booked a corner studio - the beige color is everywhere. Forget the pool as the tiles are falling off all over the place and I wouldn't swim in it It is a basic, clean enough hotel with a very basic breakfast (nothing really fancy) but good wi-fi free internet in rooms. Give it a year and it will start to look really scrubby as stuff is already falling apart. We paid 250USD for 4 nights so OK value but for a bit more there is better quality around. Staff friendly and they really try to please.

We stayed at the hotel for weekend in corner studio (got free upgrade from deluxe). We agreed that the location is awesome and yes the building is brand new but it look unfinish and not a place u want to have a good time with your partner. The room decoration is weird, I know it suppose to be chic hotel but I don't feel that it chic with class at all. We spent the same amount of money at Luxx XL and it so much better. However if the location is your primary concern for your staying then this hotel is for you.

Stayed here for 4 nights in middle June. It was my first time to Bangkok, so i decided to stay some near either the MRT or BTS as I've heard many stories about the tuk-tuk and taxi drivers here. Literally right beside the Chong Nonsi BTS station, it located right in the heart of Bangkok city. Everytime i wanted to go somewhere, i'd just walk out and hop on the train with a map in my hand. Rooms were clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable for me. Nice bathroom too! Loved the free internet connection as it was pretty fast as well. For those without their own computers, there are computers in the lobby which are free for use. Walls are a bit thin. So if your room is located near the elevator shaft and there a group of people walking, you'd definitely hear them. Breakfast variety wasnt great/ served almost the same food every morning. Decided to ehad out tot the streets for some cheap breakfast on my last day. Would recommend it if you are adventurous. Swimming pool was great, infinity edge style, over looking the city. Service by the staff was also prompt and friendly. Overall, loved the place as it was great value for money.

"New, Clean hotel, Awesome bathroom like an orange tictac."

We stayed here for 4 nights. The rooms were clean, it kind of looked like they were trying too hard to be modern with the orange lighting and the clear orange wall to the bathroom it was fun like being in a tic tac container but strange. This was hands down the best hotel we stayed at on our trip. The pool on the rooftop was a good idea but the air is so polluted in BK it was kind of suffocating up there. The hotel was around the corner from Chong Nonsi BTS which made getting everywhere very easy, i'd stay there again. note: the bar service is very slow, it took about 10 minutes for a midori and lemonade and the cocktails took longer!

We stayed 3 nights in The Heritage hotel Bangkok and had a terrific stay. The hotel is just 100m from BTS station so location is excellent to get around the city. The hotel is very new so every thing works well and looks new. Each floor is decorated in a different colour which the hotel describes as funky but as we were in a green room we found it sickening after a few days. Green doors, green benches, green perspex panels.it was just too much. The rooms were new, clean, and very very small. The rooftop pool was an excellent find and it also had a small gym as well.

For the price, this cool hotel near the BTS is an excellent find. This boutique hotel, though the room design seems a little off (I think they were trying too hard with the colors), gives you a great room, with free internet and a swimming pool, all right next to BTS Chong Nonsi. I will certainly recommend The Heritage to friends.

Overall excellent value for money. It is a brand new hotel and the location is excellent - next to BTS Skytrain Chong Non Si, which is 3 stops away to BTS Siam Station - where the largest shopping mall in Bangkok located - Siam Paragon.

Room is modern and extra clean. However, the only setback is the wall of the room is quite thin, you can hear noises from your next door neighbours. Our neighbour came back to their rooms late midnight and they tend to talk loudly till 3.00 am ! We had to call the reception to ask them to tone their voices down.

There is a 7-11 convenience shop at the corner of the hotel and a few eateries along the main road.

We enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back again.

Stayed here with 5 friends. 3 rooms. 2 corner suite, 1 deluxe room. The deluxe room is the best value, large, clean, modern, great bathroom. Big bed, great linen. Huge flat screen TV, many international channels. Very light, with floor to ceiling windows., heavy curtains to make the room dark at night. We arrived at BKK airport at 0515, went straight to the hotel, was there by 0730(BKK traffic!). They gave us 2 of the rooms immediayely, the third after 1 hour. Great service as checkin time is 1400.

Bar and restaurant staffvery friendly and helpful. One of our group had a birthday and after one short conversation they arranged a big breakfast table for us with champagne and a wonderful chocolate cake. The regular breakfast was a bit hit and miss, sometimes selection was a bit limited. However, there was definitely enough to get you throught to lunch time.

The in-house spa was good value, and again very nice staff. Location is great - 5 minutes walk from Silom Road. I minutes walk to BTS station.

I saved the best till last......The roof top terrace and swimming pool. Soooo gorgeous. We swam everyday before break fast, after retuning from shopping or sight-seeing trips, and sat on the terrace to watch perfect sunsets. Usually accompanied by the cocktail of the day, which was always great value at about 3 euros(the bar also did not screw you on price as many hotel bars do.)

Would i stay there again? Definitely. Would I recommend it to friends? Definitely.
